Answer: Custom orders can not be returned, purchases trough our stationery store can be processed trough this website or in store.

Answer: We are prepared to print up to 60 documents per minute, but this number can varey with various factors.
Question: Are Custom orders completed within 48 hours?🡻
Answer: Custom orders can be done within 48 hours or sooner, it can varey on quantity, design & our queue system.
Question: I received store credit, what is that?🡻
Answer: Store Credit is equivalent to an item’s value offered in store, you can use your store credit towards the purchase of items.
Question: Why did i get store credit?🡻
Answer: If you returned a item after a return period, you will be given store credit as a means of compensation.
Question: What is the return period?🡻
Answer: The return period for cash refunds are 7 days, to issue a return you must provide a receipt of purchase and the item in the original packaging you received from the store.
Question: I don't have the receipt of purchase or the item is damaged or used, what can i do?🡻
Answer: You can provide more information to a representative proving you purchased the item, if the information you provide matches with our store records you can get a processed refund. Items damaged or used must be brought in for inspection, if they do not meet our return standards your item may not qualify for a refund.
